1.Who provides the service

table2book is provided by Xolo Go OÜ - Avel Papalapas (Estonian registry code 14717109, EU VAT number EE102156920), Paju tn 1a, 50603 Tartu, Estonia ("we"). Contact: esites.gr@gmail.com.

These terms apply to the business that opens an account ("you", "the restaurant") and to the people it invites to its team. By creating an account you accept these terms, the Payments and refunds policy and the Data processing agreement, which form part of them.

2.The service

table2book is a console for restaurants: online bookings from your own page, a table schedule and floor plan, a waitlist, a guest book, QR ordering at the table with a kitchen display, reports, and, as an add-on, a phone booking assistant. The features of each plan are listed on the Pricing page.

The service is intended for business use. We do not act in your relationship with your guests: bookings, orders and service are your responsibility, as are your prices, receipts and tax obligations.

3.Account and team

  • You provide accurate details when signing up and keep them up to date.
  • You keep your sign-in details secure. Anything done from your account or by members you invite counts as done by you.
  • You assign roles to team members and remove access for people who leave.
  • You tell us without delay if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.Acceptable use

You may not use the service:

  • for an unlawful purpose or to send messages to people who have not asked for them,
  • to store third-party data without a lawful basis,
  • to try to access other restaurants' data or to bypass limits and security measures,
  • to overload the service with automated requests or to copy it for a competing product.

For serious or repeated breaches we may restrict or suspend the account, after notifying you where that is possible.

5.Your guests' data

For your guests' data (bookings, guest book, orders, table payments, assistant calls) you are the controller and we are the processor. The Data processing agreement sets the terms.

You ensure a lawful basis for the data you enter and inform your guests. If you record health information (for example allergies in a booking note), you do so only as far as needed to serve the guest.

6.Fees

Prices, renewal, cancellation and refunds are described in the Payments and refunds policy. A price change for an existing subscription applies from the next billing period and is announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

7.Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running at all times, without a guaranteed uptime percentage. It may be briefly interrupted for maintenance or updates, or for reasons outside our control (for example a hosting or network outage).

The service evolves: we add, change or remove features. If a change removes an essential feature of your plan, we tell you in advance and you may cancel your subscription.

8.Third-party services

Parts of the service rely on third parties: user sign-in, subscription billing through Stripe, email delivery, the phone assistant, and, where you enable them, table payments and receipts through your own provider. For providers you choose (for example a payment or receipt provider) your own contract with them applies.

9.Intellectual property

The software, design and brand of table2book belong to us. We grant you a right to use them for as long as your account exists. The data and content you enter (menu, texts, bookings, guest book) belong to you; we process them only to run the service.

10.Liability

We are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss, for guests who did not show up, or for decisions you made based on the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

These limits do not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

11.Cancellation and termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → «Πλάνο & χρέωση» (plan & billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for (see the Payments and refunds policy for refunds).

To delete the account and its data permanently, send a request to esites.gr@gmail.com. Before deletion, on paid plans you can download bookings and the guest book as CSV from Settings → «Δεδομένα & απόρρητο» (data & privacy); on any plan we send you a copy on request.

12.Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription before the change.
