The problem

The revenue you lose never shows up in a report.

The phone rings mid-service

Tray in one hand, receiver in the other, and a party waiting to be seated. The booking gets written in a hurry — or on the wrong day.

Platforms take a cut per cover

You pay commission for guests who already knew your place. Over a busy season, that percentage adds up to a salary.

A no-show costs the table its whole evening

The table for six that didn't turn up at 9pm won't fill again — at that hour there is no other party waiting at the door. Without a reminder, it happens again next Saturday.

The solution

One subscription, as many bookings as the room can take.

Guests book themselves from your page, the confirmation goes out the same second, the reminder on the morning of the booking. What happens in the room, you watch live. And the subscription is the same whether you fill 30 tables a month or 3,000.

How it works

One evening, from five o'clock to closing the till.

Four moments every dining room recognises — and what the console does in each.

17:00The booking page

Your page books tables while you set up the room

Put your link on your website, your Google profile and your Instagram bio. Bookings write themselves into the plan, with a confirmation that reaches the guest without you remembering to send it.

  • Offers only times that actually fit
  • Confirmation by e-mail or SMS
  • Closes itself once the shift is full

19:30The floor plan

The floor plan knows what frees up before you ask

Who is seated, which table empties at 9pm, what's left for the party on its way. Drag a booking to another table and the time, the capacity and the schedule move with it.

  • Live view per room
  • Seated, expected, free — colour-coded

21:15Peak service

Full house: the console keeps the queue so you don't have to

Four people walk in without a booking. You put them on the waitlist with their time, and the moment a table that fits them frees up, the console offers it to you.

  • Waitlist with timers
  • The same table never goes out twice

00:30Closing time

By the time you cash up, the evening is already numbers

Occupancy, covers, no-shows, how many came for the first time and how many came back. Enough to know how much staff next Saturday needs — and a CSV for your accountant.

At the table

The same table, from the booking to the bill.

The guest scans the QR code, the kitchen sees the ticket, the bill closes from that same phone. Three steps that in most places live in three separate systems.

The table QR code

The menu lands on your guest's phone, in their language

The QR code is engraved once into the wooden stand and never changes. The guest scans it, reads the menu with allergens listed per dish, and orders — no app, no account.

  • Bilingual menu; the kitchen always sees Greek
  • All 14 EU allergens, listed per item
  • A dish that runs out comes off with one switch

The kitchen console

The ticket reaches the pass before the waiter walks it over

The order appears on screen the second it is sent, with a sound and a colour that darkens the longer it waits. New, In progress, Ready — and each station filters its own.

  • Live feed, no page refresh
  • Grill, sauté, cold: every station sees its own queue
  • The ticket carries the name and party size from the booking

The bill

One bill for the party, however many rounds it took

The wine at 9pm and the dessert at 11:15 are the same bill, visible from every phone at the table. The guest pays all of it or part of it, with a tip if they want, and the receipt is issued by your provider.

  • Pay in full or in part, with an optional tip
  • Tips go to the staff, kept off the receipt
  • Call a waiter or ask for the bill, from the table

Features

And the rest — the part you ask for in week two.

The booking page is yours

It works at 3am too, when someone remembers to book for Saturday. The booking goes straight into the plan, with your name at the top of the page.

Floor plan & schedule

Lay out your tables the way they really are — dining room, terrace, bar — and drag them into place. The schedule shows the same evening on a timeline.

A guest book that takes notes

Visit history, allergies, the table they always ask for — and the fact that last time they waited twenty minutes. The waiter knows before reaching the table.

Roles for the team

Waiters book tables and see the evening. Revenue, prices and settings stay with whoever actually needs them.

Hours & special days

Lunch and dinner, holidays, the days you close, a wedding that takes the whole terrace. The page stops taking bookings before you have to call anyone to cancel.

Data that leaves with you

Bookings and guests as CSV whenever you want, on EU infrastructure. If you find something better tomorrow, you take them and go.

FAQ

The six questions we hear most.

Do I need to install anything?

No. table2book runs in the browser — a tablet at the pass, a laptop in the office, a phone in your pocket. Sign in and work.

How fast is the setup?

Your account opens in a minute. With the starter checklist you add hours, tables and your first booking in 5–10 minutes.

Do you charge commission per booking?

Never. You pay a flat subscription and nothing else — the guests at your tables are yours, not a platform's leads.

Do I need a cash register for QR ordering?

An order from the table is an operational ticket, not a receipt — the tax side is handled by the certified e-invoicing provider you choose, and table service in Greece can be covered by a provider instead of a till. Invoicing through a provider becomes mandatory on 1 October 2026, with an adjustment period until the end of the year. Check your own case with your accountant before you switch payments on.

What about my guests' data?

It stays yours, on EU infrastructure. Export or delete it whenever you wish, and we give you what you need to stay right with the GDPR.

What if I want to leave?

No contract and no penalty: download bookings and guests as CSV and close the account from Settings. We would rather you stayed because it suits you.

Next Saturday, you'll know in advance.

Open an account in a minute and lay out your tables before the next service. Or step into the console with demo data first and see it full.
