While you lay the tables, tonight's bookings land in the schedule
Put your link on your website, your Google profile and your Instagram. Each booking goes into the day's schedule with a name, party size and phone number, and the guest gets a confirmation e-mail.

The floor plan shows which table empties, and when
Who is seated, which table frees up at 9pm, what's left for the party on its way. You lay the tables out as they stand in the room by dragging them into place, and each one shows its next booking and how many minutes away it is.

Walk-ins on a full night go on the waitlist
Four people walk in without a booking and there's no table. You put them on the waitlist with a name, party size and phone number. When a table frees up, you confirm them and it becomes a normal booking, with the same double-booking check.

At closing, the evening's numbers are already counted
Occupancy, covers, no-shows, how many guests came back. From these you can tell whether next Saturday needs one more waiter, and the bookings download as a CSV for your accountant.
